OUTREACH!
OUR MISSION
OutREACH! aims to provide various post-secondary options to students, with a focus on under-resourced schools and areas. We seek to empower students to their right to education, whether it be higher education, community college, or any other pathway that allows them to thrive and aspire on. We pride ourselves on providing students with resources to be able to make their own choices about their education.
Throughout the academic school year, our team gives tours to Bay Area high schools in order to encourage students to pursue higher education. During our tours and panels, we provide high school students with valuable college information and resources. Our goal is to support students by giving them insight into a college student's life on campus and familiarize the process of applying to colleges.
Bay Area OutREACH!
SCOR is one of our main programs where we travel to high school and community college students across southern California. During programming, our team gives presentations on financial aid resources, applying to college, and ways to pursue different higher education pathways. Our goal is to expose students to the various post-secondary pathways they can pursue and the resources that they have access to.
