About Me

Hi y’all! I’m Yucca Phun (she/her) and I was born and raised in Oakland, CA. I’m a fourth-year majoring in Public Health and I’m currently serving as the Internal Executive for REACH!. 

I joined REACH! because as a first-generation, low-income student, I wanted to find a community of folx with similar backgrounds. I really appreciate the space and resources that REACH! and bridges have provided to students like me. Furthermore, I am so honored to be serving the transfer community in REACH! and to be given the opportunity to support other first-generation, low-income students. 

In my free time, I am usually catching up on sleep, watching anime, baking, or playing with my rabbit, Coconut. Looking forward to seeing y’all in the REACH! space!
